  3. Can they deliver what they promise: Read their case studies! Find out if they are who they say they are, if they can’t prove that they can deal with your company, don’t give them the chance to mess it up. IT support Companies should be able to deal with all your IT problems after all, it’s what they are paid to do.
  4. Pick a Company you can trust: After all, if you don’t trust them don’t use them. Simple!
